Signing Up For Online Ordering

If you have an account with 21st Century Optics, and would like to order online, click on "Sign Up" (above and to the right on this screen.). There you will fill out your company's information. Once you submit, the information will be reviewed by our Customer Care department and you will hear back from us within 1 business day via email, which will include your login and password.

Logging onto Online Ordering

Please remember, the login is CASE SENSITIVE. Make sure you are entering your password with the caps lock off. Also, on entering your account number, make sure that you are not entering a letter before your account number if your email with the login info said to leave it out.

Receiving a 404 / File Not Found Error

If you receive a 404 / File Not Found Error, try logging in again, as the system may have temporarily halted. If you still cannot login after several attempts, please call Customer Care at 800-221-4170.
