Materials

For drilled rimless frames, we recommend Polycarbonate lenses. Their durability is unmatched by any other material. Trivex, 1.67, and 1.60 are also acceptable for rimless mounts, whereas plastic and mid-index should be avoided.

Digital Accuracy

When we trace lenses and patterns, our proprietary computer program analyzes the traced shape and shows any imperfections or bumps along the edge of the lens shape, and gives us the ability to go in and correct these imperfections.

         

State of the Art Equipment

Our computer program works in sync with our CNC Optidrills and Optidrill EVOs, which are the latest in technology the market has to offer.
